This service operates from 6.30pm until 8am Monday - Friday and all day weekends and bank holidays. Please ring 111 for an appointment.
NHS111
If a medical emergency arises when the surgery is closed you should dial 111 for the NHS111 service. They will speak to you and give advice over the phone. They may also make arrangements to see you, if felt necessary.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.
When to use 111
You should use the NHS 111 service if you urgently need medical help or advice but it's not a life-threatening situation.
Call 111 if:
- you need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency
- you think you need to go to A&E or need another NHS urgent care service
- you don't know who to call or you don't have a GP to call
- you need health information or reassurance about what to do next

What is Enhanced Access Service?
Enhanced Access is a local service for local people offering evening appointments with GP's, clinical Pharmacists, Nurses and Health Care Assistants as well as other Voluntary Care Services that will help to improve health and well-being.
GP appointments are also available at the weekend.

.How to book an appointment – Appointments are booked through your own GP practice. Your practice will be able to access the Hub appointment schedule and book you in.
You can also book appointments by contacting the relevant Hub on the day and also via 111.

Phoenix Walk-in Centre
The Walk-in Centre is based at the Phoenix Health Centre. It is a nurse led service, therefore we do not have doctors on site. We offer on the spot treatment and advice for minor injuries, minor illnesses and ailments.
